Frequently Asked Questions
What is the parking like?
There is parking available on-site! Just turn in to the property and an assistant will be there to guide you to the parking area.
What clothes should riders wear?
All riders must have closed toe shoes and full length pants (preferably stretchy ones). Helmets will be provided by us.
What will happen if the weather is bad?
If there is light rain, the event will continue as planned. If conditions are adverse, we will reschedule the event. If you cannot make the new event date/time, a refund or credit will be offered.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance in order for a refund tp be issued. Cancellations can be made by emailing lyndsaybr@gmail.com – stating the name for your booking, your reason for cancellation and the time you booked for.
Do we need to arrive early?
Yes, you must arrive 15 minutes before you start time. You will need to sign your waivers, get to the spectator area and your child will need to get their helmet fitted.
